Additionally, he has the honor of choosing which animal welfare organisation the contest will make an estimated PS5,000 (USD $5424) contribution to. It appears that after a lot of contemplation, he decided to choose to support the British-based Cat Welfare Group.
The winners of the category will receive a the Comedy Pet Photography Awards goody bag as well as bragging rights. Then, let’s get to the pictures!
Overall winner and Cat category winner
The Cat category and overall winner has a cartoonish vibe. It’s as if the two were running at each other, Tom and Jerry fashion and then collided head-on, resulting in two massively compressed bodies. I’m sure there will be an accordion to be played in the upcoming moments following this collision.
Horse category winner
Radim Filipek was awarded the highest winner at the “Mighty Horse” category. Oh my god, are they horses jolly and happy. Mamma on the right, appears to be laughing out and enjoying a great time (though the addition of a Crest Whitening strip couldn’t hurt). Oh, and, oh, Monty is a big boy at just three days!
The Other Creatures category was the winner.
Personally, I think this is my favourite out of the group. The expression and the single tooth visible and the long, stogey-looking stick that hangs out of the mouth provide this alpaca with a very human-like appearance. Actually, I’m sure that I came across this fellow playing blackjack in an off-the-boardwalk gambling establishment at Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Junior category winner
Cats are curious and, at times their instincts can get the top of them. That’s the case with Jack the Cat in this video. Poor Jack is tangled on the highest point in the hedge! Hopefully his rescue didn’t need an intervention by firefighters. In any case, Freya Sharpe took home the highest prize in the category for 16 and under for this award. It seems like Jack has made it in good health and safety.
Pets that look and behave like their owners
The more I examine this picture and the more I notice the similarity. Couples who get old together will begin to look alike. Perhaps this is the case of pets?
People’s Choice
People have spoken and their most favored image is this stunning photo of a hilarious pet who is happy and recently rescued. With his story and his smile, how can Carter not make you smile?
Comedy Pet Team Favorites
In the end, the people who organized the contest decided on one of the winners and they did so very well. Although the title of the photo suggests that the proper dog has a driver, I view them as a cool guy who is rolled up in a flash red whip, armed to snatch a girl or man. The pup just needs Tom Cruise-approved aviation boots.
